We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

This applies to both monthly and annual STANDR subscriptions.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us via the in-app Help button or reply to your payment receipt, and we'll process it for you.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal (linked from your billing settings). Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. If you're within the 30-day window and want your payment back, request a refund as described above.

Free trials

STANDR's 30-day free trial requires no card and no payment. Nothing is charged when a trial ends, so there is nothing to refund — you simply choose whether to subscribe.
